OK I confess for the first time in 4 or 5 years I went out and got a coffee with caffeine in it. I know I'm an addict and I should not do it. I am sure just this one time will be OK. You see I stayed up way to late last night watching MMA fights and I was sooooo sleepy today. I just had to have a little caffeine to get me though the day. I promise not to do it again............

yeah you won't don't it again until next time you stayed up late and need a little something to get you through the day, pretty soon you will be drinking it every day again!
