This is Liam looking out the door at my house last week. He wanted to go outside and play. I don't think I will be able to put my screen on the door this year because Liam will probably go through it! Yesterday after work I ran 5.24 miles it took me 44 min. to run. That is a 8:40 mile. I was pretty happy with that. I was not pushing it just running a good steady pace. I am trying really hard to train smart. Today I lifted and then ran. Only 3 miles today. I could tell I lifted first. I hope to get out and run in the morning on Thur. before it starts to rain. But I guess it is going to be really windy. I am soooooo sick of the weather. I want some sun!!!!Sharon
